Urology of Central PA is currently filling positions for the Administrative Director, Clinical Director, Nursing, Administrative and technical positions for their urology specific ambulatory surgery center which is currently under construction with plans to be operational by Spring/Summer of 2018.
The Administrative and Clinical Directors will play vital roles in the oversight and leadership of this growing team of professionals as they provide state of the art urologic care and outstanding customer service to the patients they serve.
The Clinical Director should enjoy being busy in the ASC and will oversee a staff of quality healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, techs, etc.), with responsibility for the daily operations of scheduling, pre & post-op, procedure/operating rooms and central processing. The Clinical Director will maximize operational efficiencies, optimize the budget, implement clinical quality outcomes and reduce potential risk factors. The Clinical Director will collaborate with the team/physicians to consistently improve policies and procedures to improve patient care. This position requires 3-5 years leadership experience in perioperative setting with strong operating room clinical skills and must build strong relationships with all staff members to create a productive and friendly work environment.
The Administrative Director will be responsible for the financial and operational aspects of the ASC and work collaboratively with the Medical Director/Governing Board. This successful candidate will be operationally skilled, strategically focused with excellent financial, leadership and interpersonal skills. A degree in healthcare administration and management experience are preferred.
